Promotion Terms and Conditions
- The promotions referred to in the relevant documentation (each a Promotion) are offered and provided by Health Point LLC (Emirates International Specialist Hospital ).
- If a customer purchases Promotion, payment must be made upfront to Emirates International Specialist Hospital . Emirates International Specialist Hospital will not accept payment: (i) in installments; or (ii) by insurance companies.
- This Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional There will be no duplication or combination of discounts. For example, Mubadala discounts will not be provided in addition to the already discounted prices of the Promotions.
- The Promotions are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. Each Promotion is valid for the service purchased only.
- Each Promotion is valid for the person whose name was provided at the time of purchase and is not transferable to any third party.
- When booking an appointment the customer must notify Emirates International Specialist Hospital that he or she has purchased a Promotion and wishes to redeem it.
- Emirates International Specialist Hospital reserves the right to refuse redemption of a Promotion and request alternative forms of payment if an offer is fraudulently obtained or used.
- Emirates International Specialist Hospital reserves the right to alter, change or add to these Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without notifying any customers and the customers shall be bound by such changes
- Emirates International Specialist Hospital shall not be liable for any monetary loss or damage to any customer resulting from participating in the Promotion. Without limitation, Emirates International Specialist Hospital is not liable to any customer for any direct or indirect loss, damage or expense regardless of whether the same arose from negligence or otherwise of Emirates International Specialist Hospital , and regardless of whether Emirates International Specialist Hospital has or had any control over circumstances giving rise to the claim or not.
